At Krown Muse Hair, we’re committed to delivering a luxury experience from the moment you place your order to the moment your crown arrives. Please review our shipping details below.


 

 Order Processing Time

Every order undergoes a quality-inspection process to ensure your hair arrives flawless.

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days
  • Custom wigs / made-to-order units: 5–10 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


 Shipping Timeframes

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
    Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–14 business days
  • Customs or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

 


 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery speed.

 


 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:

✔ A tracking number
✔ A direct link to monitor your delivery
✔ Updates as your package moves through the carrier network

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your tracking email.

 


 Shipping Address Requirements

To ensure safe and fast delivery:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  • Please ensure your address, email, and phone number are correct
    Krown Muse Hair is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

 


 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Krown Muse Hair is not liable for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Delivery to incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly.

Because orders begin processing immediately:

  • We may not be able to modify or cancel orders once placed
    Please double-check all details before submitting your purchase.
