At Krown Muse Hair, every unit, bundle, and product is handled with the highest level of care to uphold the luxury, hygiene, and quality standards our Muses deserve. Because of this commitment, all sales are final.

No Refunds

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of hair products, we do not offer refunds on any purchases, including wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, and hair care items.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

No Returns or Exchanges

To protect the safety and integrity of our products:

  • We do not accept returns

  • We do not accept exchanges

  • We cannot restock or resell any hair products once they have left our facility

This policy ensures that every customer receives new, untouched, premium-quality hair—never hair that has been worn, handled, or returned by someone else.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your:

  • Length

  • Texture

  • Cap size

  • Lace type

  • Address and contact information

Krown Muse Hair is not responsible for order errors entered at checkout.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

We take quality seriously. If you believe you received an incorrect item or a factory defect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Items must be in their original condition, uninstalled, unaltered, and unwashed

If verified, we will work with you to find the appropriate resolution.

Shipping Issues

Krown Muse Hair is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Carrier errors

Once your order is shipped, all delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.
